Onward Search's client, a financial company, is looking for an eLearning Developer to join their team on a fulltime basis! You will be creating storyboards for eLearning courses and other learning solutions and routing through the approval process along with the following skills and competencies. 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with Instructional Designers to ensure media elements planned to enhance the course content and support program learning objective.
  • Create prototypes to define visual and audio designs for learning deliverables.
  • Building online system demos and conceptual courses using Storyline and other multimedia tools.
  • Utilizing standard and custom navigational strategies to execute course flows.
  • Editing and syncing audio narration using Audacity, Camtasia, etc..)
  • Performing QA testing on learning deliverables to ensure functionality.
  • Packing online courses for publication within the corporate learning management system.
  • Occasionally creating motion graphics using VideoScribe or similar.

We are seeking eLearning Developers who meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of eLearning experience.
  • A Hands-on expertise of Articulate Storyline.
  • Expertise in graphic design tools (Fireworks, Photoshop, etc..) and with audio capture/editing tools (Audacity, Camtasia, etc..)
  • Voice over experience a plus!
