Responsible for the concept, development, and execution of projects for digital communication needs specifically, email. Working under minimal supervision and utilizing brand standards and guidelines, creates various marketing communications needed for internal stakeholders. Must exhibit creativity, technical skill, and proficiency in utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite and HTML. Must exhibit strong working knowledge of the ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform and email best practices.

Skills and Requirements:

 

  • Responsible for coding all emails in Exact Target, sending to the intended audience, and providing tracking/reporting results.
  • Responsible for interpreting client needs and effectively translating to visual solutions.
  • Responsible for sharing/presenting ideas to internal stakeholders and gathering necessary feedback for revisions.
  • Responsible for managing timelines and client expectations related to project deliverables and quality standards.
  • Manages email calendar to prevent saturation of message and audience by prioritizing emails with strategic partners.
  • Participate in the development of templates for consistency as it relates to overall branding.
  • Coordinates the work of outside vendors (i.e., freelance designers, illustrators, etc.) when necessary for the completion of projects.
  • Responsible for sharing email design best practices with CI colleagues (e.g., regional communications specialists, marketing managers).
  • Implements corporate or SBU identity standards.
  • Create landing pages, journeys in the Marketing Cloud used for promotion of CI products and partners.
  • Create dynamic emails using the ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with program managers to enhance the email campaigns with the knowledge of ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
