Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Engineering Team Lead for a Consulting Leader in the Accessibility industry. 

As an Engineering Team Lead, you’ll: 

• Help develop the cutting-edge technology platform that is changing the web to be more accessible 
• Join their team as a “player-coach”, contributing to the code base, technical designs, and management of engineers 
• Write high quality code with emphasis on accessibility, test coverage, and scalability  

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• 6+ years of experience with full-stack web development, preferably with MEAN stack. 
• Knowledge or willingness to learn the tech-stack: TypeScript, HTML, SASS, Angular, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, Rabbit 
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and to listen carefully to the needs and experiences of others 
• Knowledge of Scrum framework

Pay: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
