Our non-profit client is seeking an EVENT CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE. This role reports into the Associate Director of Event Marketing and works with the events team in designing, developing and implementing communications for all events. This busy department is responsible for over 300 events a year, handling everything from registration, capturing and utilizing data from each to ensure successful experiences and future events.


  • Understand target audience - working with staff to research new and existing audiences to build. Create communication and strategy to report on the successes of the campaigns.
  • Responsible for digital e-marketing communications and campaigns including creating all content-driven emails, event websites, registration paths and reporting.
  • Partner with mobil app agencies to augment event communications creating a mobile experience for attendees.
  • Project lead for event marketing materials from concept to implementation working with all program teams to ensure digital tools are in place to meet goals.


  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues in a clear, precise manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Cvent and Marketing Automation Technologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience working in a corporate or nonprofit setting within a marketing function.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
