We are looking for an Event Planner with experience planning retail events. This is a role to work with a dynamic consumer products company.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Defines global Retail events plan and defines cross functional supporting activities requirements ( Digital Marketing, Alliances, PR, Retails sales teams, communication…etc.) to drive traffic to the retail stores before during and after the event
  • External event agencies management
  • Global Retail Events KPIs and measurements requirement definitions
  • Global Retail Event implementation coordination
  • Global Retail Event budget management
  • Global retail advertising and promotions requirement definition
  • Global Retail events plans
    Global Retail events briefs to event agencies
  • Digital marketing and cross functional requirements brief to digital Marketing teams, media and alliances, PR team, retail sales and operations, retail communication, retail operations, training etc.
  • Mall digital requirements brief to marketing teams and implementation for key Land lords accounts
  • Global Retail Events KPIs and measurements requirements documentations
  • Store opening closing events plans and advertising requirements briefs
