Our client, a creative experiential agency, is seeking an Experiential Event Producer to join their team.

You will report to the Director of Production and be responsible for:

  • Be the events production expert on the team for each high profile market being the front line in weighing the feasibility of creative concepts ensuring vision can become a reality working with Studio Manager to ensure jobs are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as the conduit for all activity on identified projects between the Project Manager, Creative team, the client and all external resources and vendors.
  • Responsible for the streamlining and efficiency of the production process leading to epic consumer experiences which will build brand affinity and engagement.
  • Ensure everyone has what they need to get the job done responsibly for the streamlining and efficiency of the production process through vetted vendors, cost comparisons and definitions of roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist PM's and the creative team on generating production briefs and brief production resources or manage production. Review with Creative Team to assure alignment of original intent and deliverables.
  • Share project estimates and timing with the PM and creative team, to ensure it meets the original requirements, and client timeline. Adjust scope accordingly until the two align.
  • Negotiate with external suppliers, including agents representing artists.
  • Ensure the correct licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings.
  • Align with the PM on project timeline/work back schedules.
  • Generate client-facing production estimates and review vendor production estimates.
  • Although day-to-day management of the client will be handled by the Account Manager, there will be client facing.
  • Lead project teams with a positive attitude, motivation, respect and a sense of pride.


  • 4-6 years experience in experiential events, ideally on the agency side.
  • Experience selecting appropriate vendors that will support the vision for the project ensuring there is alignment from the team on final chosen vendors.
  • Able to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of a challenging and unusual projects.
  • Seeking great organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, across all functions (i.e., production companies, photographers, post houses, design/build/fabrication, developers, et al.).
  • Experience translating project goals and strategies into actionable plans and guidance for team members.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of productions and advise if there are any problems in workflow or work style.
