Job Description

Our client, a boutique Miami agency is seeking a creative individual to join the team as a Digital Designer.

In this role you will concept and design digital visual creative content for web, social, mobile and print platforms.

To be successful here, you must have the ability to cross-over media platforms, from multi-media to print to digital in addition to developing ideas from concept stage to final creative execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be able to develop user centric designs across multiple digital channels
  • Conceptual thinking is a must; must be able to see a project through from concept to execution across channels such as print, email, display ads, social and website
  • Must understand the basic principles of advertising, such as translating consumer insights into creative and effective advertising
  • Must know how to interpret projects requirements from a brief
  • Must have experience in planning and designing responsive websites for desktop and mobile, as well as digital display ads
  • Must be current in new and emerging digital and mobile technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5+ years of fast-paced ad agency experience preferred
  • Must have a portfolio showcasing digital and traditional design samples
  • Experience in hospitality experience a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills— ability to present internally or to clients
  • Must be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Mac proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
