Our client - a fast-paced agency in Miami - is looking to hire a strong, process-orientated Creative Project / Traffic Manager to start on a contract to direct hire basis.

In this role, the Creative Project / Traffic Manager will be responsible for managing timelines and schedules for multiple digital and traditional projects inclusive of email, direct mail, print, digital and more.

Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams and creatives in ensuring the delivery of numerous projects, facilitating project needs, requirements, deadlines, and correspondence both internally and externally.


  • Act as project lead to understand, identify, and execute all client needs for multiple projects in coordination with internal creative and management teams
  • Create timelines and coordinate deadlines with internal and external teams
  • Manage resource allocation
  • Manage team expectations with clear communication, status reports, etc.


  • Minimum of 3+ years in a fast-paced advertising agency serving in a Traffic Manager or Project Manager role
  • Hands-on experience managing traditional creative as well as digital projects from social media campaigns to online advertising (banners, emails, promotional landing pages)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel. Any additional experience in PM tools such as MS Project, Basecamp, AtTask, Workamajig, JIRA or similar tools a plus!

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
