Our client, an international software consultancy agency, is looking for a dynamic hands on business-to-business Marketing Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

In this role you will manage the planning, developing and implementing of B2B marketing strategies for assigned products & services, including public relations activities, both external and internal. Additionally, you will be a steward of assigned products and services to ensure all forms of marketing communications, products and public relations fall in line with the brand direction.


  • Manage and coordinate all B2B marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Liaise with media and advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales function
  • Monitor industry best practices

Must Have:

  • 5+ years exp. in a B2B marketing role focusing on providing professional (non-tangible) services
  • Marketing strategy and execution experience
  • Business Software consulting exp highly desired! i.e. (Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, Tribridge, ePartners)
  • Excellent communication + presentation skills
  • Experience negotiating media spending
  • Prior experience developing marketing communications and public relations strategies in addition to executing
  • Must be willing to join a small, tight knit team and be comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Must be able to travel in the US for tradeshows and other work related activities 10-15%
