Our client, a tv network, is seeking an entry level Account Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day relationship management of all partners in the LATAM team
  • Support the Account Director in finalizing eOne transition and ongoing management of eOne
  • Perform product rights check to ensure rights are set in systems (SAFE, GTM)
  • Perform title and pricing audits across key retailers (iTunes, Amazon etc.)
  • Oversee planning & implementation of backfill projects across International
  • Work closely with retailers on asset share process for acquired product
  • Support International AM team to execute product priorities

Musts:

  • 1+ year experience in account management, business development, strategy or marketing, preferably with an analytic focus
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
  • Exhibits both a can-do attitude and an ability to handle short deadlines/turnarounds
  • Team-player who can successfully operate in a team-oriented setting, as well as cross-functionally within a diverse team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate good follow-through while adhering to deadlines
  • Flexibility of working hours is required due to the requirement of coordinating with businesses outside USA
  • Familiarity and interest in the business of entertainment and specifically, digital media and content distribution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Office 365
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
