Our client, an entertainment advertising agency, is seeking an ACD with a design background with footwear experience for a freelance assignment.

SKILLS:

  • Natural leader with creative skills and the ability to make sense of complex information
  • Comfortable presenting and selling creative concepts to bigger groups
  • Ability to design or write concepts based on input from clients, account service and brand
  • Experience building, mentoring and leading creative teams to create compelling creative concepts
  • Ability to listen and be heard during casual department meetings or high profile creative presentations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in a design position with experience at the ACD level
  • Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills - must be able to create broad concepts based on the strategic idea and bring the idea to life across channels
  • Able to art direct and illustrators as necessary
  • Extremely comfortable with presenting and “selling” the worth of creative ideas, to influence decisions with interactive and cross-functional creative directors
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Experience with design software used in the design process, including, but not limited to, Illustrator and Photoshop
