Our independent social media agency client is looking for a REMOTE Creative Director, Art to lead a team of creatives doing best-in-class social-led creative.

You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director and agency leadership to lead creative for our clients, help with new business, and manage a team of eager creatives. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the digital and social media space—and redefining the model for editorialized social content created by brands.


  • Conceptualizing on larger, campaign-level ideas and content
  • Overseeing social content creation and ideation for multiple social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter
  • Leading creative team of writers, designers, art directors and video editors


  • 10+ years creating cross-platform digital and social marketing campaigns
  • Agency experience is a MUST; work on large brands and experience being the creative lead on lifestyle and consumer based clients
  • Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency with Motion, After Effects and Premiere is a major plus
  • Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms
  • Familiar with up-to-date fashion/social trends, and evaluate the trends, assess new data with the latest marketing techniques
  • Strong content design skills including static, print, and video content
  • Knowledge of the full creative process including video content creation
  • Ability to oversee work from idea to execution and distribution
  • Strong experience providing guidance and mentorship to teams at the mid and senior level, including writers, creative strategists, art directors and designers
