Onward Search needs a Freelance Creative Director for a design agency that builds brands at the intersection of culture and creativity.

This forward-thinking branding agency provides clients cutting edge Research, Brand Strategy, Visual and Digital Design, Out of Home, UX/UI Audit & Discovery, more.

• Targeted Start Date: May 15, 2023
• 3 month freelance role with the opportunity to extend and convert.  
• Hours: 40 hours 
• Location: Remote or In-Studio in Boulder, CO or Austin, TX

As a Freelance Creative Director, you will: 

• Define creative brand strategy for new and existing clients across various industries - food & beverage, skincare, personal care, more. 
• Think beyond the brief for every imaginable medium to support excellent creative strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Leadership to on internal and external initiatives. 
• Interact with Strategy Director to bridge strategy and creative as well as  support new business initiatives as needed.

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• Must have branding agency experience
• Leadership/Management experience required
• Client experience with Food & Beverage a plus
