Onward Search's client, a boutique agency, has an opening for a front-end developer. You will be working on a variety of high design projects for fashion, luxury, and hospitality clients. While combining the art of design with the art of programming, you’ll translate finished designs to actual code that will become the visual elements of a web / mobile interface. This will involve working with the digital design team to balance the need for usability with strong graphic design skills.


  • Expertise in the related software development tools.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to match your UI to responsive design.
  • Strong communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to proactively raise issues or concerns when needed.


  • 3+ years of experience in front end development.
  • An up-to-date resume, portfolio, and ideally a GitHub.
  • Experience with LESS, SASS, HTML5, and CSS4/3.
  • Strong JavaScript skills - ideally with frameworks like React and Angular.
  • Experience working with CMS.
