Onward Search's client, a leading global fashion retailer, is in search of a Junior level Graphic Designer with experience in Window Display Design for fashion retail. This position will begin as a freelance with the opportunity to convert to permanent. This role starts on Monday, 10/22 in New York City.


  • Partnering with the Retail Design team to concept and design new window displays to be rolled out across stores in the US.
  • Lead window display design work as the hands-on designer on the team.
  • Understand the challenges and opportunities presented by each store and determine ways to overcome with innovative design thinking.
  • Preparing all files for production, laying them out in mechanicals, and more.
  • Presenting designs to internal stakeholders, laying ideas out into presentations as needed.
  • Travel on-site to different stores and meetings as needed to bring each project to life.


  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience with window design for fashion retail.
  • Expert level experience with Creative Suite.
  • Solid production design/mechanical design experience.
  • Strong graphics, typography and branding skills.
