Our client, a large Media organization, is looking for a Freelance Junior Project Manager to get started on their team within the next two weeks. This role is onsite in NYC!

In this role, you will be working on integrated projects ranging from Print-based, to Digital to focused analytics assignments. This candidate must have experience with organizing workflow, timelines, budgets, and overall project success. There will be multiple projects running at one time, so we are looking for an individual that can work well under pressure.

In this role, the Junior PM will be working closely with the Project Lead, as well as cohesively with the Creative and Technology teams to ensure all projects are being delivered in a timely fashion. Strong communication skills will be needed to deliver efficient and clear messaging on where all projects stand to both the client side and internal teams. Projects can range from external reporting, internal tools, learning/development, HR projects, and other corporate functions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Junior Integrated PM with 1-2+ years experience working in a Media and/or Agency environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Experience with Timelines, Budgeting, Workflow process, and other fundamental PM responsibilities.
  • Team Player.
  • Any prior Digital experience is a major plus.
