Large publishing company has an immediate need for a freelance integrated designer. This role will be onsite in NYC starting ASAP and ongoing into 2019.

You will be working on a variety of projects across digital and print for the consumer marketing team of an iconic publication. You will work as part of the design team on the design and production of creative assets for the consumer marketing team. You must have experience with presentation / deck design, and email layout and design to be considered for this role. We are specifically looking for direct marketing experience with a specific call to action in the email design.


  • Proficient in Photoshop and Sketch.
  • Experience designing presentations with the samples that show it.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing design - specifically email call to action.
  • Strong use of typography, and understanding of how it drives branding initiatives.
  • Ability to work fast and efficient in a deadline driven environment.
  • Well-rounded digital graphic designer with proficiency in business presentation/deck creation
  • Experience creating multi-channel marketing assets --- emails, site ads, landing pages and social media units.
  • An elevated design aesthetic in fashion or relatable industry.
  • An understanding of direct response best practices and how design influences consumers to take an action.
  • Required skills: keynote, powerpoint, sketch, photoshop, project management system such as Basecamp, some basic animation.
