Our client, a leading Out of Home media agency, is in need of a freelance Media Planner / Buyer with experience in Out of Home (static billboards, experiential and digital billboards) for an 2-3 month freelance assignment beginning Monday, 5/20.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reviewing client media briefs to understand and strategize media planning for Out of Home.
  • Partner with the internal agency leadership to build Out of Home media recommendations.
  • Work with agency partners across other media touchpoints (eg. video, digital, print, etc.) to develop holistic media plans.
  • Present media plan recommendations to clients as needed.
  • While planning is the primary function of this role, you will be leading media buying as needed.
  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize OOH media campaigns.
  • Responsible for day to day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals.
  • Develop strategic approach to campaigns across client businesses.
  • Oversees regular reporting including performance and insights as well as paid social campaigns.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 5 years of media planning experience for Out of Home (static billboards, experiential and digital billboards) in a media agency.
  • Experience with buying for the same media.
  • Ability to craft media plans from scratch as well as evolve existing plans as necessary.
  • Can work directly with clients and partner agencies.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Able to leverage your experience in the OOH media environment to recommend optimizations and raise the agency's output.
