Our client, a purpose-driven tech and creative agency, is looking for a freelance mid-level Digital Project Manager with experience leading website builds, for a freelance assignment. This role will start onsite in NYC within the next two weeks.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the client-facing driving force to bring a website build from creative development through to final launch
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of User Experience and Visual Designers, Strategists and Developers to bring the project to fruition
  • Create and manage timelines, client feedback, task lists, testing, quality control, keeping the team on brief and on time
  • Scope and estimate on budgets
  • Work with the team to define product specifications and requirements
  • Support Senior PMs and Account Management on managing client relationship and coordination of the creative process
  • Lead status meetings daily, providing updates to the internal and client teams as needed
  • May be managing multiple project workstreams at once
  • Keep team on budget and notify team of things like scope creep
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, up to date and archived as needed
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager with experience in digital in an agency or in-house environment
  • Great communication skills - you're able to interact with tech teams, clients and senior agency stakeholders
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of the task at hand
  • Ideally has your own laptop to work off
