Onward Search's client, a mid-sized ad agency in New York City, is in need of a freelance digital production designer to join their team on an on-going freelance assignment with a goal of becoming a salaried employee.

This role will start on-site in NYC as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling digital production for a range of assets including static and animated digital banner resizing, social, website and more.
  • Lending a hand on print production, OOH and more.
  • Delivering mechanicals for multiple print assets.
  • Utilizing your strong design eye, you will provide suggestions to improve upon work based on the medium.
  • Packaging materials for delivery as needed.
  • Other tasks may apply.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years designing for production ready files across digital and print.
  • Experience designing for all of the pieces listed above.
  • Can operate at high speed of execution while maintaining quality.
  • Able to get up to speed on a new client quickly.
  • You can handle multiple streams of feedback and revisions.
  • Your portfolio shows strong design skills along with a keen eye for detail and high-quality.
