A boutique agency in New York is hiring a Senior Project Manager on a Freelance to Hire basis, to start as soon as possible. They are looking for a robust client-facing individual, who will partner with the company on two clients, across education and financial space.

This is a senior level role, and the right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience. You will be the primary contact and go to resource between the agency and client - so attention to detail and ability to juggle various expectations, is an absolute must.


  • Acting as the client-facing driving force to bring a website build from creative development through to final launch.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of User Experience and Visual Designers, Strategists and Developers to bring the project to fruition.
  • Create and manage timelines, client feedback, task lists, testing, quality control, keeping the team on a brief and on time.
  • Scope and estimate of budgets.
  • Keep team on budget and notify the team of things like scope creep.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, up to date and archived as needed.
  • Other tasks may apply.


  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager with experience in digital in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Great communication skills - you're able to interact with tech teams, clients, and senior agency stakeholders.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of the task at hand.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
