Our client, a boutique eCommerce agency focused on high-end fashion and luxury brands, is in search of a Relationship Manager to join their team on a full-time basis beginning with a brief freelance trial period. This role will start onsite in NYC ASAP.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage existing and new client bases, providing exceptional account service
  • Help create and manage promotional calendar developed in partnership with internal and agency functions
  • Facilitate the campaign operations of the design and strategy teams across digital and social eCommerce channels
  • Act as project manager to ensure all projects are operating to scope of work, on budget and on time
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to organically grow existing partnerships
  • Support on new business from time to time
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to see the opportunity in every situation
  • Passionate about customer service
  • A Digital native who loves social media
  • Quick thinker who can manage multiple projects at once
  • Bilingual is a plus
