Our client, a Boutique agency, is launching a content studio. They are seeking a Senior Producer to join their team ideally Temp to Perm. Direct Hire candidates will also be considered but must be local to NYC.

This studio will be responsible for the production of digital assets – photo and video. The work will be predominantly focused on beauty and cosmetics. This will include stills, product shots, how to videos, short form social content and much more.This position will be photoshoot heavy with some video shoots as well. You must have strong vendor relationships - photographers, videographers, modeling agencies etc. You must also have experience negotiating with vendors as the shoots will have varied budgets.


  • 5+ years in a Producer position
  • 3+ in Beauty, Fashion or Luxury retail
  • Strong vendor contacts
  • Experience working closely with Photo Art Directors, Stylists, Photographers and other team members to lead to a successful shoot
  • Background liaising direction to creative to execute deliverables
  • You would describe yourself as scrappy, and be a true problem solver.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Photoshop skills a strong plus
  • Camera and lighting equipment knowledge a bonus
  • Client facing experience ideal
