Our client, a boutique culturally forward advertising agency, needs an Senior level Strategist with experience developing campaigns targeting multicultural markets, to help on a part-time, 5-6 week research and strategy project. This role begins on-site on January 24th in NYC.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the lead strategist on developing a proposal for qualitative research
  • Take existing consumer insights, sales and demographics data and develop into a solid strategic creative brief with insights about target and product
  • Work with your creative and account partners to develop tactical executions to bring creative insights to life through execution
  • Develop strategic and creative guidelines to help in bringing to life the positioning in a consistent way going forward
  • Other tasks may be required

About you:

  • Strategic and creative thinker who brings 8-10+ years’ experience in branding, communications, and/or digital strategy and implementation
  • Have experience with a top tier branding, digital or advertising agency, or client organization.
  • Must have experience developing campaigns targeting a multicultural audience
  • Ability to pull apart qualitative research and build reports/recommendations based on findings
  • Ideally experience working in the sports space
  • Ideally experience working in the Gen-Z and Gen-Y space
  • An in-depth knowledge of pop culture and categories that push the limits
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A team player with strong client development and relationship management skills
  • You are proactive about managing client relationships and identifying and seizing opportunities
  • You are able to articulate creative direction and evaluate creative ideas as well as the quality of execution
  • An undergraduate degree in business, marketing or communications
  • Your own computer is necessary for this job
