Freelance UX Writer (Remote)

Our client, a Fortune 500 tech company, is looking for a freelance UX Writer with Financial Technology experience. This opportunity is remote. They are looking to start someone ASAP and it is a 12 month contract.

What you'll be doing:

• Write UX content that is useful, simple, and smart for their specific financial service products.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers at all stages of the product development process.
• Contribute to the product strategy and vision.
• Establish voice guides and other writing guidelines.
• Create and collaborate on user flows, communications, test prototypes, research questions, and more.
• Other tasks may apply.

About you:

• 4+ years of UX writing experience, both for web and native products.
• Experience in financial services is a must.
• Fluent in all-around writing skills.
• A strategic thinker - comfortable working on complex systems and frame your work around user jobs and business objectives.
• Able to work with minimal oversight.
• Highly collaborative and can work cross-functionally.
