Onward Search is on the hunt for a Front End Developer to join our Ad Agency client for a freelance assignment expected to go 3-4 weeks.

This is an onsite role preferably, but would allow for offsite flex for the right candidate.

You will report to the Director of Digital and work with the creative team on the build of a consumer facing website. This is mostly hand-coding of HTML/ CSS and JavaScript.

Hands-on design will not be required, but you should have some design sensibility to make sure the site flows smoothly.

We are seeking front-end developers who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be proficient in HTML/ CSS and JavaScript
  • Must have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to code pretty websites
  • Must be able to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges before they arise and QA your own site


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
