Onward Search is looking for an Interactive/Front-End Developer to join our prominent corporate client here in Atlanta for a long-term onsite contract opportunity!
You will help develop, QA, and run A/B and Multi-Variate tests throughout our entire footprint.
This is a unique front-end developer position that'll report up to the the Digital Marketing & Sales organization (sometimes referred to as MarTech) with direct lines into teams making customer facing business decisions, realistic timelines, and a suite of sophisticated tools.

Scope and Scale:
This is a W2 contract role expected to last for 1 year initially, and then either extending or converting into a permanent role following the expiration of the initial contract period.
The work must be completed onsite at the client offices in Atlanta and 40 hours/week are expected.
Some remote work is allowed but fully remote or out of market candidates will NOT be considered.
Concept and develop modern, innovative front-end solutions with an emphasis on ecommerce
Coordinating with our technology teams as well as outside agencies to deliver new experiences while cohering to the newly structured UI framework
Develop and maintain a forward-thinking roadmap to improve our website experiences and refining our operational delivery processes
Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in web development, information technology, or a related field preferred.
Prior professional web development experience, preferably in a large, complex corporate environment.
Well-versed in large scale website frameworks, libraries and their architectures
Able to take a static comp, wireframe or prototype and turn into a finished product
Experienced in standard front end development tools and processes (CSS compilers, version control, task runners, etc)
Familiar with Sketch/Photoshop and Axure/Invision
Previous experience with Adobe Target, Optimizely, SiteSpect or similar tool a plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to regularly report progress, expose issues and spotlight opportunities
