Onward Search is hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong digital social media skills developing processes and creating flow in your DNA, then we want to talk with you.

Orchestrating digital projects from start to finish is something you do in your sleep. You’re an overly-organized, chaos-thriving, self-starter who rallies the troops and makes it happen in this Integrated Project Manager role.


  • Manages multiple integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously and investigates and understands project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations.
  • Creates, maintains and enforces project schedules, estimates, and resourcing for all projects.
  • Prioritizes tasks and deliverables for each project for the team and issues status reports.
  • Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.
  • Translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Sets project quality and performance standards.
  • Assesses and manages risk within, and across multiple projects.
  • Ensures the best practices and standards are understood and followed throughout the project and applies lesson learned from previous projects.
  • Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team.
  • Maintains awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (news events, trends, tools, etc.).


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years project management experience in successfully delivering marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferable in an integrated program) from business development to final delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Accountability for large budget and/or client revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and define a strategic business solution based on broad client goals.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, web development cycles, and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components.




  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
