Onward Search is looking for a Graphic Designer full-time for an in-house creative team out of Raleigh - Durham, NC.


  • Design and produce creative deliverables for a wide range of channels including web, social, email, mobile and print
  • Design, organize and present high-quality content
  • Maintain a keen awareness of the latest trends as it pertains to design and color
  • Assists with managing and executing production of print & digital materials, largely eLearning and tutorial environment for pharmaceutical, healthcare industries
  • Maintain highest production standards and streamlined production processes


  • 3-7 years relevant experience
  • Must be highly proficient in the use of Adobe and illustrator
  • Requires strong design portfolio in print and digital
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • Must possess a professional and team-player attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
  • Additional experience in After Effects, post-production or front-end knowledge a huge plus
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries a plus but NOT required
  • A strong portfolio must be included to be considered


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
