REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of design-related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
  • A broad understanding of design strategy methods and practices
  • Demonstrated experience guiding business partners through the design partners
  • Fluency in Adobe CSS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proven results managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Understanding environmentally responsible design
  • Strong visual, written and oral communication skills to execute project briefs
