Graphic Designer

Onward Search needs a Graphic Designer III for a major pharmaceutical company. You’ll join the newly formed in-house creative team where you will be creating clinical educational materials and establishing an innovative design style for the next wave of their offerings, spanning live and virtual training programs, social media, websites, and beyond!

This is a year-long (12 month) fully remote opportunity. 

As a Graphic Designer III you’ll: 

• Create original graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations, and assets for both print and digital media
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks, delivering high volumes of quality work with precision
• Champion design excellence, maintaining consistent and cohesive standards across channels
• Develop PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for training programs
• Design and construct emails, forms, and surveys to collect actionable data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects
• Prioritize understanding user experience to meet audience needs
• Effectively communicate ideas and provide/receive feedback
• Assist in overseeing Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) review systems, ensuring timely approvals for materials
• Collaborate with external vendors
• Perform assigned duties as necessary

Graphic Designer III Skills & Experience needed:  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in the beauty/medical field, with a central role in creative development, production, and delivery in advertising, editorial, or in-house creative teams
• Proficiency in graphic fundamentals, typography, and print and web composition
• Comfort working in a medical environment and observing medical aesthetic procedures
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and MS Word, PowerPoint, or Keynote
• Exceptional design sense and keen attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, with a preference for autonomy
• Highly adaptable to rapid changes in the environment
• Demonstrated expertise in a robust portfolio
