Onward Search has an exciting 3-month contract opportunity for a stellar Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer in this role is highly collaborative and provides cross-functional experience with marketing, merchandising, styling, and engineering. As a Graphic Designer, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Nurture compelling creative ideas from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Merchandising, Styling, and Product teams to create and execute a unified brand vision.
  • Contribute to branding and identity work for the core brand.
  • Design functional digital products, marketing emails, advertisements, in-house communications, and other digital and print collateral that is consistent with the brand image.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years prior work experience in a Graphic Design role (agency and/or in-house experience is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, a rational design process, and production expertise across a variety of formats, e.g., brand identity systems, websites, mobile, tablet, print, and packaging.
  • Formal academic background in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, or commensurate work experience.
  • Master of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus!
