Onward Search is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our corporate client in Atlanta for a perm direct hire opportunity! You will design and develop global marketing materials (both print and digital) to support the client and its divisions.


  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams in the planning, creative development, execution, and production of marketing materials.
  • Ensure that these materials comply with marketing standards and requirements, follow brand compliance guidelines, and are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in the concepting, design, development, execution, and production of various materials including print, stationery, collateral, multi-media, direct, events, signage, web, interactive, and product icons.


  • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience within a marketing agency, design studio, or corporation.
  • Advanced user of graphic design programs including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. PowerPoint experience a plus.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively with outside agency design groups.
  • Conceptual thinker with a wide range of design capabilities including a solid background in print, packaging, branding, typography, collateral, multimedia, direct, events, signage, and web; product icon and GUI development and enhancements are a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage workflow against strict and aggressive deadlines.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
