Onward Search is looking for a Graphic Designer for one of out Premier Clients in NYC on a long-term contract basis. This person will be joining the brand activation team. This individual is a go-getter that wants to learn & collaborate with a team. They will be supporting a number of Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters & Stakeholders, and be able to take feedback from them. This person will be responsible for designing and versioning event collateral, email, landing pages, display banners, social media posts, and digital experiences.


Must Haves:

  • Stellar Design skills and a portfolio that shows the mastery of your craft
  • 3-6 years of Design experience
  • Extensive knowledge of commonly used design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat & Sketch)
  • Strong working knowledge of business application software (GSuite, PowerPoint)
  • You can effectively present work to Creative Directors and Business Stakeholders
    The ability to take feedback from and collaborate with Creative Directors, other team members and Business Stakeholders (this is a must)
  • Previous experience with designing event collaterals
  • Strong understanding of Typography & negative space


  • Animation/ Video experience
  • HTML experience


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
