Onward Search has a new opportunity with one of our best clients. The opportunity is a role for a Graphic Designer who can start immediately onsite at our client’s office in Wilmington, Delaware. Our client is looking for an individual with strong knowledge in design and a passion for all things Brand. Collaborate with the Creative Team and Stakeholders.
Create and execute work for major events, landing pages, display banners, brand activations, emails, event collateral, and social media from concept to production.
Edit and revise of whatever is necessary in regard to design.
Work with design software to accomplish detailed/structured production mechanical files.
Seamlessly translate mechanical files into production-ready assets.
Generate all finished art files for release internally and to vendors.
Maintain file organization as well as archive work for audit and utilize file naming procedures.
Maintain quality standards and ensure that all deliverables meet (or exceed) company standards.
Maintain line of business and brand standards as it relates to work Proof and perform quality control
Utilize company’s best practices and proprietary data to influence the work and direction.
Document and store your work through a variety of web-based platforms
Must have 1 to 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
Strong portfolio depicting mastery of the craft and flexibility cross channels.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Sketch, Acrobat, and Premiere as well as GSuite–Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
Great eye for detail and impeccable typographic sensibilities.
Must have strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing.
Great verbal and written communication skills as well as impeccable presentation skills.
Must be able to take direction and receive feedback from others (Creative Directors, Stakeholders, etc.)
Capable of receiving feedback
