Our client, a large corporate real estate company located in New York City is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team on-site as soon as possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing large amounts of collateral and presentation book design on quick turn-around.
  • Create graphic elements and text layouts for a range of marketing materials, leveraging brand guidelines.
  • Execute label aerials, site plans, logo development and photo retouching.
  • Design marketing collateral including large-scale site tour books, landing page graphics for web.
  • Executing within templates as required.
  • Understanding client needs and developing solutions across a range of design assets, all while ensuring the company and the client's guidelines are being adhered to.
  • Partner with internal functions across design, deal team and more to deliver creative elements as needed including layouts, quick turnaround asks and invites, among others.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience with a focus in the real estate or finance industries.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with specific mastery in InDesign.
  • Portfolio of work examples with a description of your role in the project.
  • Must have strong layout, design, production and skills.
  • Print production formatting skills are a must.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and ability to proof their own work.
  • Strong organization skills are critical due to dealing with large data sets and files.
