Our client, a boutique marketing and advertising agency steeped in diversity is looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join their team immediately. This is a hybrid on and off-site role in NYC. This role is perfect for someone looking to have their hands in all parts of the creative process!

What you'll be doing:

  • Working in a team of Art Directors and Senior Designers, you will participate in a range of projects from concept through to production.
  • Support with campaign concepting, extending directions through integrated mediums like print, digital, web, social, branding, identity, and more.
  • Assist with the development of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Understand marketing and creative briefs, participate in brainstorming sessions and come up with new ideas to satisfy the strategy.
  • Build a range of tools to support your team and creative development including but not limited to templates, processes, and style guides to ensure ease of process flow and creative consistency where needed.
  • Ensure your projects are delivered on time, are on brief, and satisfy all necessary deliverables.
  • Stay hands-on throughout the process through the execution of mechanical files and print publication releases.
  • Help with agency branding and marketing projects.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 3+ years of Graphic Design experience in a small to a mid-sized advertising agency setting.
  • The creative portfolio of your graphic design, branding, print, digital, social, and video experience.
  • Expertise in the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ideally knowledge of Premier and After Effects for videos, animations, and motion graphics is huge.
  • Knowledge of Sketch is a bonus.
  • You may need your computer for this role.
