Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand, is looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a paid digital program to acquire new customers within a multi-channel environment, including, but not limited to: SEM, Display, & Social
  • Develop an integrated communication strategy and lead execution to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition to support brand's mission and growth
  • Support and help develop retention efforts to increase lifetime value
  • Manage customer and channel performance analyses to measure effectiveness of campaigns, draw insights, continuously optimize, and communicate

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing
  • Proven success across digital channels
  • Direct to consumer experience
  • Strong analytics / tracking capability with a data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of creative and development workflows
  • Self-Motivated, high energy, team oriented
  • E commerce and subscription-based experience is a plus
