Onward Search is looking for a Head of Brand Strategy to join one of our innovative Marketing and Advertising clients located in Midtown!

The Head of Brand Strategy will create and manage the brand experience from start to finish. You will be expected to work closely with the creative team while making sure their progress stays on task and lead them to the finish line. We are looking for this person to have experience working on BOTH the consumer and Employer brand experience side.

Do you have:

  • a good level of experience where you can take the next step to lead?
  • Do you uphold a certain level of discipline
  • Do you have the ability and experience to partner with other offices?

Must Have's

  • Agency experience -must be used to creating brands for a bunch of different clients
  • Experience/Understanding of social and content marketing - will need to help build programs activated through social media when creating brand experience
