Our client, a video game company, is seeking an Insights Analyst to join the People team.
Support the People Analytics team, Organizational Effectiveness team, and HR business partners across Riot with creating data summaries, packaging people data for leaders, assisting with quarterly data reporting, and team health survey management.
Summarize, organize, and analyze People data (survey data, hiring metrics, turnover metrics, etc.) from multiple sources to represent trends, patterns, and insights. Summarize the findings in a clear and concise manner.
Create visually appealing, informative, and presentation-ready data decks using Google Slides.
Package People Data and tailor it to the specific needs of HR business partners, operations leaders, and business unit leaders. Ensure the data is accurate, relevant, and easily digestible.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end reports by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics and key performance indicators. Collaborate with HR business partners and operations leaders to deliver comprehensive and actionable insights.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, gather additional data needs, improve data analysis techniques, and enhance reporting methodologies.
Support on ad hoc People data summaries and analytics for business units as needed
Assist with creation and management of team health surveys as needed
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as industrial organizational psychology, human resources management, psychology, statistics, or business analytics is required.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR or People Data analysis capacity.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing data presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint or similar tools.
