Our client, an internet platform, is looking for a HR Case Manager, with 3-4 years experience. This is a 100% remote contract, 40 hrs/wk, through January 2022.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help manage their flexible work program and the related processes and systems – this program promotes internal mobility and flexible work options for employees
  • Manage case management with highest level of internal customer service
  • Exhibit HR judgment regarding programmatic strategies
  • Partner with Program Manager to implement new resources and guidelines
  • Partner across multiple functions (Legal, Tax, Payroll, etc.) to assess Flexible Work Program requests and propose potential solutions for employees and managers
  • Analyze data and watch trends to help inform the team on how to improve their workforce plan
  • Create program resources, collateral and best practices to educate and support employees and managers
  • Help improve employee experience
  • Support ad hoc programs and projects as needed
  • Present training to groups at all levels and the ability to answer questions

Experience:

  • BA/BS in related area of focus (Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, Organization Development)
  • Experience with ticketing systems utilizing Salesforce (or similar software) preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and/or talent management and/or HR case management
  • Creative problem solver - ability to work with case SLA's and relocation requests.
  • Experience with data analytics/report tracking would be a plus
