Our client, a major entertainment studio, is looking for an HR Systems Security Analyst to join the Info Security team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help us grow – Identify opportunities, develop alternatives, and recommended solutions to complicated business issues. Work independently and/or provide leadership in a group setting as necessary to drive results. Influence and collaborate with SME’s, Managers, and Senior Leaders. Observe and share best practices to inform senior leadership about potential efficiencies.
  • Drive global and local initiatives - Observe and share process best practices to help communicate potential efficiencies which could be leveraged and implemented across multiple locations. Assist with the maintenance of metrics and scorecards in support of the information security program.
  • Put your skills to the test – Influence and seek partnership from a wide network of internal partners and peers to lead, deliver, and identify key initiatives for rollout.
  • Tell the story –Identify long-term organizational needs while developing project sustainment plans to align project work with the current state. Promote awareness of applicable security policies

Experience:

  • Demonstrates expertise in design, implementation, and documentation. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, security solutions, tools, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Enthusiastic. Demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short-term and long-term challenges
  • Collaborative. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive results through internal partnerships
  • Organized. Proven experience with documenting current & proposed on-premise and cloud environments including Visio Diagrams, Solution Recommendations, & Run Books.
  • A Problem Solver. You take deep pride in your work and view each new problem as an opportunity for success. Ability to evaluate risk and translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pluses:

  • Experience using continuous improvement and project management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, TQM, PMP® or similar)
  • Experience working for a large company and within a matrix organization
  • Experience in building commitment to change, and coaching others through change
  • Project management experience using the Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in major HR systems
  • PMP® or other professional project management certification
