Onward Search is looking for a Developer, HTML Email Marketing to work with one of our clients in the travel/hospitality industry Miami, FL! This is a 3-month contract to perm opportunity with a “culture driven first” team!

This person will code, produce, proof, test and troubleshoot effective HTML email blasts that adhere to email marketing compliance standards.


  • Develop a high volume of HTML code for email marketing campaigns in Salesforce
  • Work closely with Graphic Designers on template redesign initiatives and ensure they are in line with brand guidelines
  • Responsible for the creation of emails, including, but not limited to, html development, testing, and quality control
  • Help maintain current and create new WordPress websites
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines of the various projects assigned and for maintaining clear communication with the team


  • Knowledge of email design & coding best practices
  • proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, WordPress, mobile applications and graphic design tools, among other technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree along with 4+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HTML and CSS
  • 2 years experience working with an ESP or marketing automation tool, such as Salesforce
  • Time management/Project management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Collaboration skills
