Onward Search is looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist, to join our agency client, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that starts within two weeks. This is a client-facing position.


  • Email design and e-blasts.
  • Building landing pages within HubSpot.
  • Building templates and sequences via HubSpot.
  • Creating workflows.
  • Coding, managing, and deploying marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Supporting marketing efforts to drive traffic to the website, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.
  • Explaining agency and HubSpot platform capabilities to clients.
  • CRM integrations with HubSpot.


  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot.
  • Experience building landing pages, templates, and sequences within HubSpot.
  • Experience coding, managing, and deploying marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Experience with email design and e-blasts.
  • Experience with CRM integrations with HubSpot.
  • HubSpot certification is preferred.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
