Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting onboarding, benefits, and leave of absence in this role. We're looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 

Requirements

  • Process and manage the onboarding, including I-9 verification, orientations, badging, paperwork and vaccination status
  • Provide timely assistance to employees regarding benefits and human resources questions and issues
  • Maintain leave of absence on the tracking sheet, update statuses in Ulti and coordinate with payroll to ensure benefit repayments
  • Manage paid leave claims via third party portal and communicate with managers on approval dates
  • Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, posting and updating jobs, initiating onboarding activities
  • Assist the human resources team with administrative tasks, including corporate meetings, processing referrals and other projects


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of human resources experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience in HRIS experience as well as familiarity with federal employment laws, including FMLA, ADA and paid leaves
  • General recruiting experience with scheduling interviews, background checks, drug screens, and other onboarding activities
