Looking for an Inbound Market Specialist to join our client's growing marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, project management and executing diverse digital and inbound lead generation programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, social media management/paid social, HubSpot marketing automation, process development and project management. You will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will be working in a fast -paced environment managing multiple projects at once.


  • Manage the process of developing, delivering and executing a customized digital marketing plan for both internal sales and customers that address sales, marketing and lead nurturing funnel goals
  • Leverage Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email, Content Development, Blogs and more.
  • Excellent writing skills for digital content assets ranging from Press Releases, White Papers to Blogs and Social Media posts
  • Organize and prioritize projects with cross functional teams for Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email, Blogs and content creation
  • Set project timelines and milestones
  • Manage all database segmentation to accurately target audiences.
  • Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
  • Oversee performance reports and share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution
  • Evaluate new technologies and add- on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance


  • 3-5 years experience setting marketing strategy for B2B, pref G2B
  • Deep proficient knowledge of Hubspot
  • Hubspot inbound certified
  • Experience writing and developing digital content assets
  • Experience in a digital marketing strategist or similar role required
  • Creative thinker, who is an assertive problem solver with an analytical mind
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency with best practices for SEO, social media, email marketing, and blog writing
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and impeccable grammar.
  • B.A./B.S. in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Great sense of humor, enthusiasm and team mindedness


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
