Our client, a gaming company, is seeking an Insights Analyst to join its Operations Strategic Advisory

The Insights discipline helps empower decision-making to be more data-informed. We're an interdisciplinary group of scientists, consultants, and strategists from all sorts of backgrounds who join together to represent and advocate for gamers around the world.

As an Insights Analyst on the Games Operations Strategic Advisory team, you will work with a group of individuals who focus on External Development needs. You will run surveys, conduct focus groups, analyze results, and present your findings to senior members on the team. You will report to a Senior Strategy Advisor on the team.


  • Build a detailed project plan with project goals, milestones, and deliverables
  • Design and execute user and owners surveys to help inform product strategy and execution
  • Conduct internal and external focus groups that build a strategy for future product offerings or enhancements
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data results from surveys, focus groups, and conclude findings
  • Assist in other organizational activities involving metrics or product strategy, i.e. Project Retros and Feedback, OKR creation, Strategic Consultation,, Gap Analysis and Strategy for Account Profiles

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Professional work experience in data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teammates
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) or other relational database approaches
  • Experience with data visualization and building reporting pipelines (e.g. Tableau)
  • Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint/Google Slides
