Skills and Requirements:

  • Our client is looking for an Instructional designer who can work through the full lifecycle designing and develop training modules primarily for self-paced WBT modules.
  • May also develop instructor-led (classroom and virtual) materials including participant guides, job aids, quick reference cards and other documentation.
  • Must be technically proficient in Captivate (and preferably other Adobe Creative Suite tools) to create and edit SCORM compliant learning modules.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors LMS helpful, but not required.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
