Our client, a national association, is seeking an Instructional Designer to help with a quick 2 week project onsite in Chicago. The individual will work on a course, the topic is “Unconscious Bias.”

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Highly experienced in instructional design; a degree in instructional design is preferred
  • Experience in HR topics is preferred
  • Industry experience in hospitality is helpful and preferred
  • Prior experience in soft skills training is crucial for this role
  • Strong dialogue writing versus instructor lead training
  • Individual should be comfortable and have past experience in developing content
  • Experience with Storyline and Articulate software is helpful
  • Prior experience in business environment is preferred
