Integrated Project Manager (Pharma)

Our client, a leading full-service Pharma and Medical Education agency located in NYC is looking for an Integrated Project Manager. This position begins immediately on a remote basis!

What you'll be doing:

• Create, deploy and actively manage detailed timelines for a range of projects, keeping the team on schedule with all necessary deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead internal status meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
• Handle creative trafficking and audits of all creative work ensuring quality control.
• Update your team through project statuses, communicating needs on a daily and weekly basis to ensure team is hitting all deliverables on time and within budget.
• Continuously look out for roadblocks, removing them proactively to ensure team does not lose focus and time.
• Act as a steward for process and policy to enforce operating procedures.
• Work with team to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
• Other tasks may apply.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Pharma, Medical Education or Healthcare.
• 3+ years of integrated Project Management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel among others.
• Excellent trafficking and organization skills.
• A self-starter that encourages others to deliver.
• Can be a strong member of an integrated team, manage to timelines and motivate a team.
